Real Estate commissions are negotiable, but why do you have to beg for a deal? I give you my best offer up front, there is no "* that says certain conditions apply." No hidden conditions or any other silliness I’m 100% up front on your costs, and there is no mystery!
WHAT DO I ACTUALLY SAVE?
Are you Selling? I offer full service including all photos, video, staging advice etc for 1% selling comission (plus the 2.5% to the buyer agent and appicable taxes). Yes it's a substantial savings. When I save you money, and provide knock out service you will be a client for life. Thats why I have the benefit of allmost 100% referral clients.
Are you buying? Then I work for free for you! I will get paid buy the person selling. Correct...No costs to you. I will find and show you what you are looking for, and won't get paid until you are satisfied and find your dream home.
BUT JOHN, WHY ARE YOUR FEES SO CHEAP?
I live in the area, so it's easy to show you anything that you are interested in.
I don’t pay the huge fees to be a member of the brokerages that fly hot air balloons, or have million dollar office space. All that costly overhead doesn’t add value for me or you.
My job is to get you what you want for the price you can afford. I don’t want to be the next wannabe millionaire real estate persona, so you won’t see my ads in bus shelters, hosting a golf tournament or filling our landfills with junk mail of pictures of myself smiling next to a mansion.
